Go For It

Proof of Ownership

November 29, 2016

To whom it may concern:
The attached map of 1917 proves conclusively that the land leased to William Newlands in 1897 was 1863b 507 on the attached map. It is 30 perches and it is absolutely clear that there was room to build two houses – numbers 48 and 50 Rhyddwen Road. In 1926 William Newlands purchased an additional 13.5 perches to the south. It has also been proven that this land was never part of the Philips Estate. The additional 13.5 perches belong to the Newlands Estate.”

You should certainly ask for an official ruling on that …

Mr Evans now says on his BLOG:-

“I was not allowed to use the Welsh language in the hearing. That contravenes human rights legislation, which is now law.”

That’s twisting it as usual. Anyone in Wales is allowed a Court Hearing in Welsh as long as they give notice to the Courts to arrange for a Welsh speaking Judge, and others as needed, and Translators. That is a human right in law that some of us fought for, but Mr Evans has never fought for any just cause for the people of Wales. He only “fights on the internet” with those who disagree with his nonsense science. Yes, he did ask, the Judge, at one stage, to give some of his evidence in Welsh, but was refused by the Judge as he had not given notice of his intentions. If Evans felt so strongly he should have then asked for an adjournment for a few weeks to arrange a Welsh speaking court to be convened. He certainly knows how to twist the truth. What says you Crackpotwatch? If I was him, I would be more concerned about paying the Legal Costs.

We fear for the well-being of his family following such impoverishment. Oh, hang on. A step-daughter, having milked the UK education system, has skipped off to London. But what of Mrs Ron? Can they both live on her carrot-cake, or has she also skipped town?
